Business development, agriculture, value chains of food

This field of research includes social, cultural, economic and administrative issues related to traditional agriculture and forestry and development of new industries. It includes topics related to the entire value chain of food and fibre. Research activities include economic and social consequences of change and innovation, new forms of organization, consumer trends, recruitment to the agricultural sector, climate adaptation, management and policy issues.
